Of the UA Christian Garcia and Francisco Marco beach volleyball players have been selected to play the Continental Cup which is held in Paris, is a tournament format of Davis Cup of tennis, in which two pairs selected by the federación española de Volleyball try to secure an Olympic place.
It aims to give visibility to all women involved in the field of physical activity and sport, at any level and in any area (athletes/coaching, managers, referees,...)

You can apply for this award all the university athletes who have participated in any national or international sporting activity between 01/07/10 and 08/31/11, being able to present an athlete for University.
They must provide:
-Curriculum academic and sporting with data to assess
Nominations in the sports service of the UA, until may 25.
All the athletes who have participated in the Championships of Spain University 2011, being able to present an athlete by University may request this award.
They must provide:
- Sports curriculum with data to assess
- Official certificate with the academic results of the academic year 2010/2011
- Photography the athlete and transfer of image rights form
