Stop can request the return or change of date of a reservation, will owe to communicate before the 14:00 h of the previous day to the same. In other case, will lose the rights purchased on the reservation.
When in exceptional cases, by meteorological reasons or of main strength, and to criterion of the Direction of Sports, produce the impossibility of utilisation of the facilitie, the user will have right to the return of the amount paid or to the change of date.
