INTRODUCTION

The University of Alicante Sports Service has been developing an inclusive sports project to expand our offer of instructor-based physical activites and schools with a range of adaptive and inclusive sports.

We are pleased to introduce wheelchair basketball, aimed at people with functional diversity from the UA (administration and service staff, research and training staff and students) and other associations.

To promote this activity, it will be available for free during this academic year.

OBJECTIVES wheelchair basketball

To allow people with functional diversity who are wheelchair users to take up a sport or physical activity and enjoy its benefits, and thus promote inclusiveness in everyday life.
