    THE 5TH WOMEN'S FIVE-A-SIDE FOOTBALL WORLD CUP 2014 STARTS

    The Spanish team, which includes the player of the UA team Amelia Romero, débuts in the World Cup today against the host team: Costa Rica vs Spain.

    Besides, Chikage Kichibayashi, also a player of the UA team, will take part in the opening match, Japan vs Portugal.

    Vectalia, committed to university sports, now sponsors the University of Alicante Sports Club

    The president of the University of Alicante, Manuel Palomar, and Antonio Arias Paredes, representing Vectalia Group, signed this morning a new agreement that strengthens the collaboration these institutions have maintained for years. More specifically, thanks to this new agreement, Vectalia Group becomes a new sponsor of the UA Sports Club as part of its strong commitment to the support and promotion of the university sports of the UA.

    MEETING OF SPAIN MEN'S NATIONAL TEAM

    A technical meeting that will take place at the University of Alicante, from 15 December to 21 December.

    Spain men's national hockey team will play against Poland to prepare for the World League Round 3 in Argentina: Wednesday 17 and Friday 19, 3 p.m. Sunday 21, 12 noon.
