Summer School - New call for applications
Following consultation with the Medical Service, you are hereby informed that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the terms and conditions regulating the Summer School this academic year, published in the Official Journal of the University of Alicante of 18 February 2020, are no longer applicable. Therefore, the Summer School cannot take place this year and has been cancelled. Please note, however, that for the time being the Cultural Week (to be held in September) and its registration period have not been cancelled.
At the start of next week, after the meeting of the Summer School Committee, a new call for applications will be launched. Its terms and conditions will be adapted to the health recommendations set by the Medical Service.
This week, the University of Alicante Sports Service has started to ease lockdown restrictions to get back to normality at its sports facilities. The high-level athletes of the UA's rowing and beach volleyball teams have been the first to come back.
